According to DesignMENA , the giant complex of
buildings will feature 12 towers and the buildings will sit on 1.4 million
square meters, and they will feature 70 restaurants, rooftop helipads, entire
floors dedicated to royalty, and a full-size convention center.
Two of the towers will offer five-star facilities, according
to the hotel’s architects Dar Al-Handasah. The other ten will provide four-star
accommodation.
There are no estimated room rates yet, but expect them
to be on the higher end, especially since each of those 12 towers will have a
helipad on top for guests who arrive via chopper.
urrently, Las Vegas is home to the world's largest
hotel in terms of the number of guest rooms.
The MGM Grand has a record 6,198 rooms, according to
hotel industry research firm STR Inc.
